If a client unfortunately misses an appointment without notifying you ahead of time, you can mark the appointment No Show by selecting the corresponding button on the Appointment Detail screen of the appointment. Appointments can be accessed via the appointment Calendar, Technician menu or Client menu.
Any appointment marked as No Show will be removed from the Calendar and the time will be available to be booked again. Any Snailz customer whose appointments have been marked as No Show will be notified via email and will be charged a $10 No Show fee.
