What kind of notifications will be sent to clients?

Upon booking and modifying appointments, both Snailz and non-Snailz clients will be sent new appointment notification emails. In addition, Snailz clients will receive cancellation, no show and receipt email notifications as well. Both Snailz and non-Snailz clients will also receive text reminders of upcoming appointments. In order for Snailz to send notification emails and text reminders efficiently, please enter as much information about the clients as possible including phone numbers and emails.
